Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation and the deposit clears. The balance is due 30 days before departure unless the confirmation states otherwise.
Mandatory fees
All mandatory booking and service fees are included in the price. Optional extras are shown separately and are never pre-selected.
Changes by you
Send change requests to contact@poolmintage.com. An administration fee of UAH 500 plus supplier rebooking costs applies. Requests within 14 days of departure count as a cancellation.
Cancellation, refunds and no-show
Refunds of amounts paid to us: more than 30 days before departure — deposit less UAH 1,000; 30–15 days — 50%; 14–7 days — 25%; under 7 days — none. Refunds use the original payment method. Missing the meeting point or departure time is a no-show and no refund is due.
Changes by us
We may change or cancel a tour for safety, weather or supplier reasons. You may accept a replacement, a credit note, or a full refund.
Visas and insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and entry documents; we do not guarantee visa issuance. We recommend travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, baggage and repatriation; it is optional.
Complaints
Write to contact@poolmintage.com. We acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and reply within 30 calendar days.
